wedding, fcp refused to release the dvds or photos until we paid them well in advance of their completion. to my family’s shock, this was completely contradictory to the contract which they presented which stated 50% payment was required on booking and the rest on completion and the “handover” of goods. after we had paid them in advance, they stopped answering our phone calls and emails and continually delayed the handover of our products. subsequently, we had to take legal action and go through the courts to obtain the photographs and dvds of my sister’s wedding. almost 8 years have passed since my sister’s big day and final cut productions have so far failed to comply with any of the court orders. the products he produced had key parts of the wedding missing, some of the photos were extremely dark, the album design was substandard as well as the general quality of all his output. after doing some research and getting various comments on this very site, there are several other families who have experienced severe difficulty with fcp. significantly, we believe there are a lot more who have been affected by bal fcp sahota and his associates but have stayed silent up to apparently, he is now on job seekers allowance and continues to portray himself as unemployed, no assets and struggling to find a suitable role in society. the court are also aware that since damages were awarded to us, bal has got engaged to his partner kamaldeep jheeta , been on various holidays with her, bought her a tiffany ring and got married, instead of paying his court debts. if you happen
